“Since my other half’s health has declined, he requires hoisting with 2 care staff. We can’t praise the staff enough for all the help and support they have given him and ensuring he remains independent and active.
There were a few teething issues at first but once we had spoken to the office it was all resolved immediately.
If a carer is running late they will ring us to inform us and the other carer will just get on with preparing stuff and other things they can do alone until the other staff arrives. If my other half doesn’t require hoisting and the carer is running late, I’ll tell the other carer to let them know they don’t need to come as they can do other jobs alone without hoisting. We understand that the bus services are not reliable but the care staff always keep us updated. I can’t fault this company at all. Highly recommend.”
